Do you put yourself in a position for growth? 

Do you accept that you will not always be right?  Do you surround yourself with people that can tell you when you’re wrong? 

Is your level of certainty low?  Is your level of comfort low?

Do you wake in the morning looking forward to the challenges that may come up instead of hoping for an easy day?   

If you answered “yes” to questions 2-6, then your answer to the first questions is a resounding “YES”.
